Refund Policy

All initial consultations provided by Kalos Consulting are free of charge and carry no financial obligation. Once a service proposal is accepted, signed, and work begins, payments made for services are non-refundable due to the custom nature of consulting, instructional design, technology setup, and copyediting work. Each project is tailored specifically to the client’s individual needs, which requires time, labor, and resources that cannot be recovered once initiated. In the event that a project is canceled before completion, Kalos Consulting may, at its sole discretion, evaluate the work completed and determine if any partial refund is appropriate based on the proportion of work performed up to the point of cancellation. No refund is guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing. Clients are encouraged to communicate openly about any concerns that arise during the course of a project to avoid misunderstandings and ensure that expectations are properly managed.
