These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Kalos Consulting. By using this website or engaging with Kalos Consulting for services, you agree to the following terms. Kalos Consulting provides instructional design consulting, technology consulting such as website development and Microsoft 365 setup, copyediting, content polishing, and other related consulting services. All services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may request a free 30-minute consultation to discuss their needs and determine whether Kalos Consulting can provide appropriate services. No paid work begins until the client has received, reviewed, and signed a formal service proposal and agreement which will outline the full scope of work, fees, and estimated timelines.

Clients agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the successful completion of services. Delays caused by incomplete or missing information may result in extended timelines or additional costs. All payment terms are defined in the service proposal. Invoices are due according to the payment schedule stated in the proposal. Work may be paused or delayed if invoices are not paid on time. Once services have commenced, payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work performed. If a project is canceled prior to completion, any partial refunds will be considered based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

All original materials and documents provided by the client remain the property of the client. Kalos Consulting retains ownership of any proprietary processes, templates, designs, or tools it creates unless otherwise agreed in writing. Kalos Consulting is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of its services. Any liability will be limited to the total amount paid by the client for services rendered. Kalos Consulting does not provide legal, financial, regulatory, or tax advice of any kind.
